Richie “Say Cheddar Cheese” Kent is a relative new-comer to the Club and already a valuable member. Taking over from Roger Lord as the Club foreigner, this Geordie boy can bat. Skippering the 2’s to runners up last season he has earned the nick name “Tinker Man” because of his constant fiddling in the field. “A good skipper but could be great if he would bat me earlier, bowl me sooner, and field me at slip” said Steve Douce.
