| Name: James Callow
Yet another of the Cheddar old school – still only 29. Having played league cricket for Cheddar in the late 1980’s, James has been a loyal servant to the club for many a year. James is a very reliable opening batsman, quick across the ground with a safe pair of hands, also as a keeper. James offers so much for any team he represents but JC sadly had to cut short his stint as Cheddar First XI Captain due to his teaching commitments, but has played as much as possible, often traveling huge distances just to be able to make home games, let alone away matches. He has an intuitive cricket mind, able to read any situation and gauge tactics accordingly. Off the field, James is one of the nicest blokes you will meet, (not that he’s a b*****d on it), and still one of the funniest drunks around by saying and doing certain things. But, he won’t admit to that!!
