“Seam-up” Salway has come a long way in a few short years. Just 5 years ago he was answering to calls of “Crofty” as there seemed to be a remarkable likeness to this famous person. Now, when his shins allow him Dave steams in to have players leaping around the crease or flailing at balls that have left them off the pitch.
